PC board is also called polycarbonate board. Resistant to weak acids, it is made of polycarbonate as the main component and uses co-extrusion technology CO-EXTRUSION. It shows that the PC board is resistant to neutral oil, not strong acid, not durable, not alkali resistant, and needs to be coated with UV . It has the characteristics of high transparency, light weight, impact resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, flame retardant, and anti-aging. It is a high-tech, extremely excellent comprehensive performance, energy-saving and environmentally friendly plastic sheet. It is a commonly used plastic building material in the world. It has advantages that other building decoration materials (such as glass, plexiglass, etc.) cannot match.

characteristic
(1) Light transmittance: The light transmittance of PC board can reach up to 89%, which is comparable to glass. UV coated panels will not produce yellowing, atomization, or poor light transmission when exposed to sunlight. After ten years, the light transmission loss is only 6%. The PVC loss rate is as high as 15%-20%, and the glass fiber is 12%. %-20%.
(2) Impact resistance: The impact strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic plates of the same thickness, and 2-20 times that of tempered glass. There will be no cracks when dropped two meters below with a 3kg hammer, and it is "not broken" It has the reputation of "glass" and "ringing steel".
(3) Anti-ultraviolet: One side of the PC board is coated with an anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side has anti-condensation treatment, integrating the functions of anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-drip. It can block the passage of ultraviolet rays and is suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet damage.
(4) Light weight: The specific gravity is only half that of glass, saving the cost of transportation, handling, installation and supporting frames.
(5) Flame retardant: The national standard GB50222-95 confirms that PC boards are flame retardant to the first level, that is, B1 level. The PC board's own ignition point is 580 degrees Celsius. It will self-extinguish after being removed from the fire. It will not produce toxic gases when burning and will not contribute to the spread of the fire.
(6) Flexibility: It can be cold-bent at the construction site according to the design drawings, and installed into arches, semi-circular roofs and windows. The minimum bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the plate used, and hot bending is also possible.
(7) Sound insulation: PC sheet has obvious sound insulation effect and has better sound insulation than glass and acrylic board of the same thickness. Under the same thickness, the sound insulation of PC board is 3-4DB higher than that of glass. Internationally, it is the preferred material for highway noise barriers.
(8) Energy saving: Keep cool in summer and heat in winter. PC board has a lower thermal conductivity (K value) than ordinary glass and other plastics, and the thermal insulation effect is 7%-25% higher than the same glass. The insulation effect of PC board Heat up to 49%. This greatly reduces heat loss and is an environmentally friendly material used in buildings with heating equipment.
(9) Temperature adaptability: Polycarbonate boards do not become cold brittle at -100°C, do not soften at 135°C, and have no significant changes in their mechanics and mechanical properties in harsh environments.
