Once did a big frame which was probably about 5x4 glass size for which the customer said he would get the glass. He knew somone in the double-glazing biz and turned up with a piece of 4mm, which was exceedingly heavy. Fortunately, the frame was very meaty (3x2 hardwood, custom milled).
