The different stages involved in the manufacture of soap include:
●Soap premix manufacturing
Liquid detergents contain a combination of soap and synthetic surfactants. These are first made as premixes and then the other ingredients are mixed into them. This stage includes only the neutralization of fatty acids with caustic soda (NaOH) or potassium hydroxide.
●Ingredient mixing
All ingredients except enzymes are added and mixed at high temperatures. The ingredients used to make the liquid detergent are usually sodium tripolyphosphate, caustic soda, sulfonic acid, perfume and water.
●Addition of enzymes
In this stage, the mixture is cooled and ground, then enzymes are added in powder form.
●Excellent washing results, even at low temperatures
●No fluorescent brighteners
●Fresh fragrances from botanical ingredients also available as refills
●Suitable for all white and colored quick laundry
