Three component 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for applications where excellent wear resistance and strength are required such as forklifts, and steel wheeled equipment. Each kit contains 2 components of epoxy A & B  plus special aggregate. The three components get mixed together to form an incredibly durable &#;epoxy mortar&#; that gets troweled onto your surface. Used for floor leveling, hole filling, patching, concrete repairs, etc. Can withstand up to 50,000 lbs/sq ft.  Compressive strenghth 11,150 lbs.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

CFS-Epoxy Mortar Kit is a three component 100% solids epoxy mortar designed for applications where excellent wear characteristics and strength are required. Simply mix part A & B of epoxy, then mix with supplied sand to create a high strength mortar mix. Recommended for heavy traffic areas, forklift traffic and steel wheel equipment production areas. Designed for horizontal use only. Not recommended for immersion applications for acids and chemicals.

1/4 unit = .11 cubic feet (approx.) 18 pounds (+/- 12&#; x 12&#; x 1.5&#; )

1/2 unit = .22 cubic feet (approx.) 35 pounds ( +/- 12&#; x 12&#; x 3&#;)

1 unit = .45 cubic feet (approx.) 65 pounds (+/- 12&#; x 12&#; x 6&#;)

Bulk = 2.25 cubic feet (approx.) 310 pounds (+/- 24&#; x 12&#; x 12&#;)
